I put in a 2 pound chuck roast, bag of baby carrots, bag of baby potatoes, couple cups of water with Better than Bouillon and leave it on low for the entire work day. I don't care for this meal particularly but husband and kids love it. I use the meat to make a little sandwich.[/quote]
