Same experience w SYC; folks are starting to get frustrated by the lack of communication from SYC on this.  The club admin is lacking in this area.  They don’t ask for feedback either which further frustrates families.  [/quote]

Coach and team managers should also be looking for indoor space. To be fair and given the weather, all indoor spaces are gone...churches too.  The SYC admin doesn't have the bandwidth to find spaces for every team in the club, that really is unreasonable expectation.  It comes down to the team coach and team manager to take lead on this, speaking as a team manager myself.[/quote]

I would say it's coach dependent.  We are at SYC and aren't a top team and we've had the opportunity to train indoor although not much due to limited space.  Our coach has tried and has found ways to try to keep our players engaged.[/quote]
