You are missing commas:

“At first[b],[/b] I was horrified, but[b],[/b] like I say, you'll get used to it, as it's rife.”

In fact, if you want to be even more correct, you should use this:

“At first[b],[/b] I was horrified, but[b], as[/b] I say, you'll get used to it, as it's rife.”

I like this game!  To correct even more for redundancy (as I say,) pronoun-noun matching (they = typos and grammar,) and clunky sentence (splitting into two sentences) try this:

At first, I was horrified.  However, you’ll get used to the typos and grammar since they are rife.

You have absolutely no idea how to use a comma. You need to remove the ones inside the parenthetical clause. Also, you need to add one before, "since."[/quote]
