I just can't imagine a 40+ woman hitting on a 18-20 years old man. Now we men will do it though. We just care that they are of legal age. Many of us don't have that "common sense" that we are dealing with barely legal kids. I have seen so many men openly flirting and gazing at 20 years old girls. It's crazy. Personally I can't.
