I am not available outside of them and I may or may not decide to respond to your emails (I’m always on my phone but I let things wait until the next day if I’ve already put in a full day). I don’t expect immediate responses, and am fine with my employees working later or earlier but if they want to find me, it’s during business hours. That’s not crazy.[/quote]
