$1 billion on education, half of which goes to Baltimore (most of which goes to teacher salary increases and pensions). $500 million for Baltimore Red Line and WMATA (without demanding concessions from WMATA). $400 million on raises and bonuses for state employees. $200 million on expanding the EITC. And on and on and on. [/quote]
