Public libraries are good. I only know DC libraries, not NOVA, but I second the suggestion to book a meeting room if you can. I like libraries close to places to get food or coffee so I can take a proper break when I need to. My favorite in DC is the Cleveland Park library which is also metro accessible. MLK downtown is also great.

More DC options: the atrium at the Portrait gallery has tables, wifi, and you can visit the collection after you finish work. The National Gallery of Art has several cafe spaces and the wifi is decent.

You can also get temp passes to WeWork and other spaces like that, sometimes for free or very cheaply through a trial program. I've done this multiple times and it's great for focused work and nice to be somewhere that isn't just a public space.[/quote]
