How does a referee give a yellow card to all the parents? That's ridiculous. : )  A referee can only give cards to players and coaches. He can throw a parent out I guess and stop the game until a parent leaves, but what they want referees to do now is have the coach deal with parents, not have the referees engage with the parents. So if parents are being obnoxious...you go to the coach. Hey, this is a warning. If I hear another word from your parents, you are getting a yellow card. It's up to the coach to deal with it. Two yellows the coach is sent off and not able to coach the next game either and, if the team only has one coach, then the game is forfeited.[/quote]
