They lie on the Green card and citizenship forms. For example, they ask if you have ever worked illegally in the country.

We know for a fact that Elon Musk illegally worked while here on a student visa and never even attended classes at Stanford as required. Thus, he very likely lied on his citizenship paperwork. Melania Trump did the same - she was modeling in NY while her on a tourist visa. Also illegal.

You can only be denaturalized if you are a citizen. So the chances are, if you have lied to become a citizen, then they have already missed the lie. That would mean that they would have to go back and re-check your citizenship application. They're going to have to back and check hundred of thousands if not millions of citizen applications. This is going to take a lot of time and cost a lot of money. [b]Then don't forget, these people will be able to appeal.[/b][/quote]

Convicted murders and rapists can appeal their convictions so why can't someone appeal their denaturalization or deportation? It may come as a surprise to you but the same way some innocent people sometimes end up in prison, some innocent people could end up being deported. So therefore, they would appeal.[/quote]

Who's going to stop anyone if they just move people out of the country? WHat's the actual process you will take if you are on the Mexico side of the border (or wherever) and feel it was not justified?

Are you serious? [/quote] Yes, I am serious. Some of the people deported have relatives that were born here wives, children etc, they could appeal for the deported. [/quote]
