[/quote] But that is their answer to those players—is it not? A club can choose to not extend an offer to former players for any number of reasons. This can include that their level of play did not show growth or if the club was able to retain players with stronger skills and they need to round out the team with other players at that level OR there could be an attitude issue or parent issue or any number of things. In this case, it’s probably better for everyone if the club director were to provide direct feedback—and in the case of VE I’m surprised if that isn’t happening.[/quote]
