Speaks plainly on what?  I've seen every BOE meeting since he started and he's barely offered a viewpoint or response on anything.  In his listening session he's offered some response but nothing that indicates anything that is being looked at or in work.  I'm giving it until December to see what he/staff present in terms of the budget and his follow-up to the Listening sessions.[/quote]
