We received papers, assignments, quizzes, and tests back.  Parents could call teachers with concerns.  There were expectations, due dates, accountability, textbooks and so much more.  My parents monitored our grades, we monitor our kids, why don't you?[/quote]

I hate that every time you post it’s to say “I’m doing everything right, I’m an amazing parent, why aren’t you?” It’s old, it’s tired and frankly it’s BS. Amazed at what.  Mcps is in a huge decline and kids are not getting a good education.   We have to spend a fortune on tutors this year when teachers are not teaching or even showing up for weeks.  [/quote]
