No human being is illegal.[/quote] I don't see anyone using the word "illegal" but one of the privileges of citizenship is the right to vote. People who are not US citizens can vote in elections in their country of citizenship. For example, there were huge lines to vote in El Salvador's recent election, in the DC area. Their government set up polling places so their citizens who lived here in the US could vote easily.[/quote] 100%[/quote]
