No, that is not taking responsibility for your reproductive system- it's called being a murderer and lacking the mental capacity to understand that sex and babies go together. Responsible people accept responsibility- they do not bury it in the trash, move on, and then repeat the same actions that lead them to that situation in the first place.

If you "can't" get pregnant, then don't get pregnant. It's really easy to make sure that doesn't happen; and you don't have to pay one cent! However, if that is too much to ask, then yes as a woman you need to accept responsibility that your body is capable of carrying a child should you choose to engage in sex. Tearing into your womb and killing the child is not the act of someone who is responsible and in control- it's the act of a savage animal that is not fit to walk around civilized human beings.
