Whereas UNC OOS does tend to get the academically gifted students. But then they're stuck with the in-state UNC students who are not always particularly remarkable. It's why nationally, Michigan is the overall best public university in America. They take 50 percent from OOS, so everyone is pretty bright in Ann Arbor. [/quote]
