She can only hire from the people that apply for the job. The problem is the departures. I think the math teachers are the bright spot. Some of the teachers there are extremely passionate about math and that has pros and cons. Their passion can rub off on the mathcentric students at TJ. They have no patience for the recent influx of TJ students that are not good at math.[/quote]
