It's really infuriating the degree to which dangerous drivers come into DC from MD and VA and make our roads less safe but then don't even pay their speeding tickets. The suburbs of DC just abuse this city while relying on it for jobs and entertainment -- it's such a screwed up relationship.[/quote]
