We don’t let illegal immigrants suffer because we are civilized. Why we let American citizens suffer, democrats haven’t told us yet. They must have a good reason to justify why it’s ok to let Americans suffer, but not illegal immigrants suffer.

You understand that the congress writes the laws and controls the purse strings and an Administration can only allocate funds per the laws written by the congress. The funding for the border via FEMA is in a different budget line item than the funding for disaster relief. If you want the Administration to provide more money for disaster relief, then the Congress has to authorize it. Government 101,.[/quote]
