I know I’ve been ready to move up for years and there’s just no opportunity. I might retire before the Boomers do cause I can’t be bothered to wait for them anymore![/quote] Where is this? I work for a large federal organization and can't think of a single middle management person in their 60s. Most are mid-to-late 30s, 40s, and early 50s. Baby Boomers are gone unless you are referring to the ones on the Gen X cusp.[/quote]
