Two of the roommates are full time remote and DC WFH 3 days/week. IMHO remote working allows them to basically live like they did while in college. There is no need to change their lifestyle b/c they just have to rollover in bed and login after a late night instead of getting up/dressed/into the office. They’ve been on 2 trips outside the US and several within the US. They all constantly complain about how overworked they are. Little to no savings beyond 401k.
