Chappell started in the biz when she was 17. Taylor started at 15. Chappell may be 26 now but the support that was there or not there during her early years would have an impact. Again look at Beiber, Demi, etc. [/quote]

She’s been building a fan base for at least the last few years. This year was her coming out party. Her segment at Lala drew the biggest crowds. It might seem overnight to you but it’s been years. 80s sound is making a comeback. I don’t care either way if you like her music or not. I agree she is not going to survive the industry bc she lacks emotional regulation. She goes off on photographers. And she’s nowhere the level of Harry or Taylor.
