Not sure how the comment relates at all.  It's not about winning necessarily...it's about building a culture.  Say what you want about the English and Argentinian national teams, but they def have a culture of loving soccer.  Olympic sports don't even belong in the conversation...of course no one cares about archery and break dancing.[/quote]
