No they do not if you are in APS. Kindergarten does VALLSS for reading and VKRP for math. MAP testing starts in 1st grade for math and 3rd grade for reading.  [/quote]

NWEA Participants:

NWEA MAP Growth for Reading for students in [b]grades 3-10[/b] and those in grade 11-12 enrolled in Structured Literacy and/or with reading goals in their Individualized Education Program (IEP).

NWEA MAP Growth for Math for students in [b]grades 1 - 8 [/b]and students in grade 9 who are enrolled in Algebra I
