We are new to the pyramid (2nd year) and I am not a parent who is at school a lot but I attend BTSN and my kid plays a sport and I have seen him about 5 times and talked with him once or twice. Emailed once over an issue. He is responsive and friendly and seems very present. I am impressed with the consistent newsletters and info he puts out as well.
