In defense of not realizing I was eligible for the shingles shot-the last few years I was consumed with my ailing parent/s health (it was a difficult decline and death of one and decline of the other), and wasn't prioritizing mine. I'm certain the built-up stress from all that contributed to me getting shingles.[/quote]
