We are at QO and love Beth Thomas, although the kids are not too happy about changes she made to Red Army Generals / limitations…definitely has changed the vibe a bit during football games. The over the top student section was a huge selling point of the school, academics have been very meh (but we knew that going in and have always supplemented academics at home when possible).[/quote]
Picking a HS because of the student section is so odd to me.  
My kid is at QO and we find the academics generally underwhelming.  Mrs Thomas is a decent principal but places way too much focus on football and other sports.  School is now overcrowded and many of these football players seem to come from other areas.  Not sure how this is even allowed. [/quote]
