While the war on drugs was/is idiotic all around, open legalization doesn't address necessary harm reduction measures like education.

Yes, the penalties for weed are stupid and have been. But also yes, weed is a health risk and needs to be given proper attention/information dissemination in order to protect the public.[/quote]
