When was this as ours are a minimum of $5K for a week.  Our band trip was $1200 for a close by trip with 4 kids to a room and a bus.[/quote]

+1. You should talk to your organizer.  Ours went to Japan for during Spring break with the other tour company for under $4k. [/quote]
