This was an absolutely remarkable operation by Israel. Mossad must have somehow infiltrated Hezbollah's supply of pagers. Apparently they were all delivered this week. Hezbollah obviously can't use cell phones, so they use pagers. It looks like 2700 pagers blew up all at the same time. About 250 Hezbollah operatives in critical condition. And the strike debilitates Hezbollah's abilities to conduct any operations for the foreseeable future. Clearly, being allies of Iran isn't working out too well for Hamas, Hezbollah, or the Houthis. And Iran itself remains too cowardly to even try to retaliate after Israel blew up the leader of Hamas in Tehran itself. I can sense regional alliances shifting.
No. Your spidey senses are incorrect. The world is slow walking to WWIII, hoping the US will over extend themselves. Iran is patiently waiting for the signal. North Korea, Iran, China, Brazil, Russia, India all vying for their respective positions in a new world order post US supremacy. I do not believe Iran won't retaliate. I believe they are waiting for the opportune moment, when US forces are scuttled away from the Red Sea to deal with other more pertinent challenges to America's interests than protecting their pet project over there. The new world order is coming. The clear vying for power is happening across the globe - even within the US. The world is not a safe place.
