Bell’s palsy?
Maybe some kind of palsy, but probably not Bell's simply because it's a fairly short term ailment. Why would she come out with a video while she's suffering from a short-term condition that affects her face?
Some of the time it is short term. About 30% of the time it results in a chronic facial asymmetry. https://www.med.unc.edu/ent/facialnervecenter/conditions/bells-palsy/ She's always seemed to me to look like classic Turner syndrome, with the broad shield chest and the wide webbed neck (she always wears her hair over her neck, if you look). Comes with infertility as well, and she has no biological children. About 30% of women with Turner syndrome develop Hashimoto thyroiditis, and stroke risk is much higher with Turner syndrome. It's one of the reasons that predicted lifespan is shorter. https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/pdf/10.1161/HCG.0000000000000048 The facial asymmetry is not due to drinking. She is probably still trying to work despite medical difficulties and should be left alone.
