She's always seemed to me to look like classic Turner syndrome, with the broad shield chest and the wide webbed neck (she always wears her hair over her neck, if you look). Comes with infertility as well, and she has no biological children. About 30% of women with Turner syndrome develop Hashimoto thyroiditis, and stroke risk is much higher with Turner syndrome. The facial asymmetry is not due to drinking. She is probably still trying to work despite medical difficulties and should be left alone.
