There is plenty of reason to think the percentage of white OOB kids has increased or is otherwise significant despite assumptions.[/quote] We are one of those families (still at a feeder). H-A and other Hardy feeders less competitive than Deal feeders have long been a back up option for EOTP families that don’t want to compromise on school quality and also don’t want to/can’t move out of the city.[/quote]
