I also went online with MIDI health after trying to get someone near Arlington and not succeeding. I loved the experience and doing video appointments with a specialist was fantastic. I feel soo much better since starting hrt, it’s life changing and has addressed so many issues that I nor my doctors connected to menopause ( ie anxiety, sleep, faint pain, etc)
Yep, I use midi. The NP I see has been good. I got shifted to a different one and didn’t care for her at all and shortly thereafter revived notice that she was no longer with midi so I get to go back to my OG. I have a few other health complications and feel happy with their care so far. I spend MUCH longer taking to her than to my usual GYN (who does know what I’m taking and is fine with it). Worked on dosage and types of meds. Unless you have some pretty major health issues, I would highly recommend. Insurance coverage with CareFirst has been great. I ended up using a progesterone birth control rather than bio identical and she wrote the RX as for BC so it’s fully covered. I am feeling some hot flushes re-emerging after more than a year on same dose so may have to alter a bit, but honestly waiting for the temps here to cool down a bit so I’m sure that’s what it is versus just being hot!!!!!!
