The point is that a kid that does navigate the difficulties at Anacostia or Ballou and emerges with a 1350 is a very special kid. The students attending privileged schools like Sidwell, GDS etc should not be given the same hoopla for the same score. But with race based admissions now illegal, the easy URM hook from the elite high schools should be coming to an end. [/quote]
