I work at a charter school and we have to withdraw dozens of students at the 11-day mark. Sometimes we have no idea whether they left the state or are still considering a DCPS or other charter school, etc. We also have students who travel out of town for the first week or more and come back the last possible day before they lose their spot.[/quote]
