Just seems like a waste. [/quote] If you're an individual contributor with 5-7+ years of experience and you don't want to manage people who are early in the careers then I think WFH is fine. If you have less than 5 years of experience, manage people who are starting out or early in their careers, or hope to manage people then WFH FT is not a good idea. Young people can't learn well in fully remote environments and managers can't manage well in fully remote environments. All of this is self evident but now that we have years of data companies are accepting all of this is true. [/quote]
