They are still looking to sell, make an offer!  I'm guessing they will take less than 10 mil  :)

actually, looked at the permit Arlington site, and they have an application from April to build a 14,000 sq ft house, with a pool  (estimated construction cost 10 million...)

the applicant is "praxis capital" which looks like an investment firm, wondering if they are building it on spec

also there's a neighbor complaint from two weeks ago, complaining about the construction lol (and that they didn't see anything on the EHO but it looks like its a multifamily house because foundation is so big.[/quote]
