Duh![/quote] This is in Concord, NH - but I know some other jurisdictions that have done it, also. It's a lot like the DC bag tax - really a very minimal economic incentive can motivate people to do what they otherwise would be too lazy to do. I know I personally have found myself washing out yogurt containers to recycle when I'm in my hometown that I'd probably get lazy and throw away otherwise. [/quote]
