WDW really has it down now. We do online check in, and they text us the room number and we can use our phone app to get in the room. We skip the front desk totally.[/quote]

Oh have they set this system up since we went this past winter? We were exhausted when we got to Port Orleans and stood in the wrong place in the reception area waiting to check in, nobody acknowledged us then a long line formed and we had to go to the back of that. 4yo DD was tired and hungry. Fun times.[/quote]

We used it last month. But also 18 months ago and during COVID.
