Kellogg All Bran with BRAN BUDS.
Does this really make sense to you all? Eating processed foods to hit a mythical fiber intake amount?
The gummies are pretty useless. Even metamucil is meh. There is 5 grams of fiber in it, just eat an apple. There are so many foods naturally high in fiber. I don’t understand why anyone would resort to gummies of gross powders when there are so many delicious foods rich in fiber.
It's mind boggling to me why people use fiber supplements. Eat abundant fruits and vegetables (a *minimum* of 5 servings a day, but ideally 7-10) and you'll be fine. No need to count grams as long as you eat your fruits/vegetables.
Because not everybody has the time or the desire to eat 7 to 10 servings of anything in a day
Ah, so you're one of those "I eat McDonalds but I take my multivitamin" types.
Ahh, so you're one of those "a$$hole" types. Go f*ck yourself, I haven't eaten fast food in decades.
Eat real food, quit taking the supplements. It's really not difficult to eat 7 servings of produce a day, especially if you include beans. A serving is pretty tiny.
Yes, for me it is difficult to impossible. Please say exactly why the supplements are bad, and provide evidence.
It’s isn’t bad, but it isn’t good either. It’s just a waste. You don’t get the same benefits. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5413815/
