I have a pair of Lululemon lightweight pants that fall just below the knee. Super comfortable travel pants.
I can't even imagine how dumb this must look.
Seriously. So unflattering!
DP. No one cares what people wear on planes. Have you seen how people dress? Tees, sweats, pjs—you name it.
Okay. I agree comfort is king when flying (I like Wool& short sleeve fine woven merino wool swing dresses that hit just below the knees plus tights I can pull off in the bathroom, layered with a cardigan or light athletic jacket I will use the whole trip in the evenings if it’s cool. Linen pants and a yoga top with a sweater or light jacket to layer also work). But, I actually hit the point I care flying home from Costa Rica this winter.. I sat beside a woman on a plane who was wearing a jog bra that didn’t go below her ribs. Full stomach exposed, not hits the top of the pants and maybe your stomach peaks out when you move. And low cut knee length yoga pants. And… that’s it. Comfortable is great. I’m all for it. But I don’t want to stare at your bare stomach all trip while we are crammed together. If shirts and shoes are too much for you to manage on the plane, at a bare minimum, wear a shirt. But 18 year olds do stuff like this you say? Maybe. They don’t know any better. This lady was about my age (50). And yes she was in decent shape. Still doesn’t mean I want to sit beside someone in their bra. It was weird and awkward, especially since in economy you are squished so close. Just ick.
