Looks like a boycott is brewing. More right wing cancel culture in action. How stupid do you have to be to park in a private lot with signs saying towing enforcement for non customers next to Bojangles Coliseum-ie a stadium? The Fox coverage does not match the local news outlet cover. $380 cash to get your car! Guess it was not free parking.

Yes, it is. A parking ticket is at most $50 to 100. Predatory tow companies will steal your car and shake you down for $400-500+ and often pretend they can't find your car and tack on predatory extra fees. All cash.[/quote]

You are completely ignorant of the law.  Private property is private.  The owner can do what they want and hire who they want to enforce it.  When you trespass on someone else's property, regardless of the reason, you are subject to whatever they want to do with your vehicle.  It is not theft or extortion because you were never authorized to trespass.  The car owner subjected themselves to this.

There is no LEO or court that would ever agree with you.  You need to pay more attention, read signs.  It is not a careless small mistake.  It is willful trespassing on private property.  If anything, the car owners are the ones who broke the law and if the DD manager wanted, they could sue each of them for damages, especially if they had to pay the towing company any fees.[/quote]
