I am not real interested in changing the oil…but yeah I can do all the household chores you mention.  I can also fix all the home computers and network issues and print 3D parts to fix things that break around the house.

It’s really no different than your h taking his dry cleaning in once a week.

He drops his clothes once a week. But he’s all in to change the filter, fix the water leak, power wash the house and deck, garden, change the oilin all 4 cars, fix the drywall, clean the dishwasher that wasn’t working correctly, change the ceiling fan, light bulbs especially the ones that require ladders.
