Parents need to be patient.
That’s BS. What’s your answer when they are still useless at 24? Don’t worry…maturity will kick in at 30?
It’s not ridiculous… brains mature differently.
So at what age is your kid just a loser vs their brain didn’t mature?
It depends. Normal brains mature at 25 but not everyone has a normal brain.
So…at 24.5 it’s just their brain maturing but at 25 they are a loser. Got it. Stop with the lame excuses for your loser kids.
Such a measured and intelligent response. Clearly your brain isn’t fully developed… oh wait your over 25 so you are a loser.
Yep that’s it…but hey, hope your adult kid living in your basement is nearing brain maturity…maybe at 40 it will happen.
It never happened for you so who knows. But he can change the light switch, and change the oil and install a garbage disposal and hang drywall, replace a roof. Can u?
I am not real interested in changing the oil…but yeah I can do all the household chores you mention. I can also fix all the home computers and network issues and print 3D parts to fix things that break around the house. I wouldn’t try to replace the roof. This begs the question…WTF can’t your kid get a decent job if they in fact can replace the roof?
Why are you so incompetent you have to hire people to do basic things? Are you saying roofers is not a decent job?
Funny…I just said I can do all these basic things but I guess you can’t read. Being a roofer is a great job…so I am confused. If your kid is capable then why are you throwing him under the bus and saying he doesn’t have a mature brain? You have some strange problems. Also, please write in complete sentences…sounds like your brain needs to mature as well.
He’s not really interested in doing laundry like your not interacting in ch as aging oil. Bfd.
You are really making your kid sound bad. Sounds like a man child where you still do his laundry and other daily household chores and somehow excuse this as normal behavior. Oh yeah…it’s just that his brain isn’t mature enough to do laundry.
It’s really no different than your h taking his dry cleaning in once a week. He drops his clothes once a week. But he’s all in to change the filter, fix the water leak, power wash the house and deck, garden, change the oilin all 4 cars, fix the drywall, clean the dishwasher that wasn’t working correctly, change the ceiling fan, light bulbs especially the ones that require ladders. Not sure who he sound bad because laundry . Silly.
