Denial?  It's a reality that I don't see any solid D alternatives stepping up.  It's a reality that if the people who are upset about Biden having a bad debate decide to just dither and screw around without a plan, that they are guaranteeing Trump a win.  It's also a reality that Trump is also in serious cognitive decline, IN ADDITION to being nasty and authoritarian.

So where's the denial on my part?

Meanwhile, every damn Republican supporting Trump is in deep deep denial about Trump.  Every Democrat saying "step down" without having an alternative lined up is in denial.  It's also denial to think that Biden's funding warchest can easily and legally just be directly handed off to whatever Dems do pop up - instead Biden could only transfer it to Party committee or PACs or refund it to donors.  It's also denial to not understand just how far behind any new candidate will be in terms of logistics.[/quote]
