FTR, I’m the OP and I’m a bleeding heart liberal. And I haven’t masked in over a year…even when flying.

But I’m taking the family on a long vacation in Europe this summer, and the panicked threads in the health forum re: covid, flu, etc. prompted me to ask what people were noticing on recent flights to/from Europe. Why? Because I’m on the fence about ordering masks before the trip.

I’ll probably mask on the outbound flight, but it will be really hard to convince my family to mask (I have teenagers).

Gentle suggestion: [b]stop assuming everyone who doesn’t mask is a MAGA Republican from Florida[/b]. I mean, that’s just insane. Plenty of liberals haven’t masked or gotten boosted in years.

And most of us still roll our eyes when we see masked people driving alone in their car or sitting alone in their office. It has nothing to do with politics. [/quote]
