I drink lots of water though, over 100 oz a day and don’t do strength training but walking…even then I am getting “inflamed”. I also eat 1g of protein per lb so that’s not the issue here[/quote] How on earth are you eating 1g protein per pound on 800 calories a day? I call BS.[/quote]
