Can you imagine the firestrom that would occur if that HS in Crown Farm gets built and kids previously headed to Wootton get shifted to the new school?   I know right now that area is part of the Gaithersburg HS district, but anything could happen if a new HS gets built.   I definately considered that when deciding whetether or not to spend the extra $$$ to move to the Wootton district vs QO last year.  Based on distance, I'm assuming the QO and Northwest districts would not be affected too much by a new HS in Crown Farm. [/quote]

Do you all know if the HS will definitely be built within the next 10 years? I'm interested in that Crown Farm development and have small kids so this wouldn't impact us for 10 years but I would like to move somewhere with good schools. I'm not too crazy about the fact that right now that area is slated for Gaithersburg HS.[/quote]
