The “digitally altered” looks like Biden is shorter, it looks like a formatting made them slightly different. Not altered.

In that screenshot, ALL of the G7 leaders are milling around aimlessly, all pointed in totally different directions, looking at whatever random things, doing whatever random things.  EVERY one of them.

Yet for some reason we're all supposed to single out Biden and be distressed and concerned or something at him for turning and acknowledging the paratroopers in appreciation for the jump they just did.
