Missing the point.  The "problem" with this footage is that Biden wasn't talking to the guy gathering the chute.  There's a second angle showing a group of additional paratroopers down the hill, obscured by the other world leaders that Biden was talking to.  They were looking back at Biden smiling and they exchanged thumbs-up with him.  [/quote]
