That’s too long for them to amuse themselves constantly if they’re not used to it.  Play word games with them or let them have a movie on the iPad.  9yo will probably join in or read to themselves if you parent their sibling.

And yeah, clouds will only amuse for 10 minutes; make sure you have things to entertain your kids for the remainder 5 hours of the flight.[/quote]
