There are plenty of private and parochial schools across the country that stack their team by recruiting local talent and effectively consolidate most of the good local players for scouts. Ultimately if you need to ask on an anonymous chat board, it probably isn't an issue for you. You would have other resources like coaches and training facilities. [/quote]
